But when do we usually need your support?
Pre-phase: we need to get to know you to give you what you need!
When you first contact us, our Sales Team will ask you some questions to understand who you are, what you need, and
what has brought you to our door.
For instance, if you value the use of certain specific terms in your industry, you can let us know so that we can
take it into consideration from the beginning and consider creating a glossary for your projects.
Another good example would be if you have collaborated with another translation company
in the past and are looking for something different. It helps us a lot to know what sorts
of issues you have had or what best practices you would like to maintain.
We will ask you to tell us what you do to understand how we can help you improve your business.
Are you looking to internationalize your company? Or maybe you already have subsidiaries in other
countries and need to continue translating material to share with your colleagues abroad?
Budgeting: where the foundations are laid for everything to flow smoothly
When you send us one or more files to translate, our Budgeting Team will get to work analyzing them
and advising you on the best way to manage the translation. Everything may be clear from the beginning,
but there will be situations where we would need to ask you some questions to make sure we understand
exactly what you need.
Our Project Managers are experts in what they do, and they foresee all the steps your specific project
will have to go through to work in other languages. They will ask you all the necessary questions.
Project kick-off: what if we have doubts?
Once the project is underway, the assigned translation team will dive deep into reading the original text
and will look for the best way to translate it into their language and culture. At this stage, doubts may
arise, we may need to clarify the meaning or intention of some part of the documents, or we may want to make
sure we follow your preferences to the letter.
When this happens, we will contact you to help us understand. But don't worry, our Project Managers will
convey these doubts to you as clearly and concisely as possible so that you can help us resolve them without
wasting time.
After delivery: what if you have questions?
Sometimes, projects don't finish when they're delivered. You may have a question about the translation you received.
Or you may even come up with changes that you would like to implement as a personal preference. In these cases, it's
very important that you let us know so that your comments become an opportunity to get to know you better and fine-tune
for future projects.
